Project Overview
Renovating a listed building in Stockbridge requires a meticulous approach to planning and heritage preservation. We worked closely with the local planning department to ensure every detail was historically accurate.
The project involved full re-wiring and plumbing, alongside the restoration of original sash and case windows and the installation of a high-performance, heritage-approved heating system.
By utilising traditional building techniques like lime plastering and specialist joinery, we were able to bring this stunning property into the 21st century without losing an ounce of its Georgian soul.
