Murrayfield Detached Villa Structural Remodelling
Project Overview
Large-scale structural alterations require careful phasing. In this Murrayfield project, we supported the entire first floor of the villa while installing massive 10-metre clear-span steel beams to open up the ground floor.
Beyond the structural work, we carried out a full high-end fit-out, including a bespoke handmade kitchen, integrated smart home systems, and new plumbing throughout.
Every finish was selected to meet the highest standards of luxury living.
