Ettrick Road - Renovation

Our client wanted to change the layout of their property and maximise and utilise the space within their property.

 This included a large slap-through and fitting external Bi-folding door into their spacious back garden. 

A slap-through into their new utility room, All the stonemasonry was done in-house, and we dressed the stone ourselves- one of Scotland's few companies with expert Stonemasons and bricklayers.

We supplied all trades with only subcontracting our electrical and gas work, although we have worked in partnership with these companies for many years.

Our client is delighted with the results.

The clients remained living in the property throughout as we conducted the work.
